Courting Justice is a political action committee for Supreme Court reform.

The problem: The current structure of the Supreme Court does not allow for the most fair and equitable results in rulings. Partisanship affects decisions, long term lengths cause fraught, high pressure nominations, and laws are too easily ruled unconstitutional.

The solution: Courting Justice seeks to fight this by raising awareness of these issues to push for an increased number of justices on the Supreme Court bench, limited term lengths, and a requirement for a supermajority to overrule laws as unconstitutional. In informing the general public about the need for SCOTUS reform and receiving donations, Courting Justice is then able to financially support political candidates who pledge to fight for these reforms, thus creating tangible positive changes in the judicial branch of the U.S. government.

The thinking: Courting Justice presents these goals in a bold, dynamic, and informative way to create change in the Supreme Court for the benefit of all.

Politics can be overwhelming, tiring, and even terrifying.

But that shouldn’t be a factor in how the Supreme Court operates. This ad campaign aims to drive people to donate to Courting Justice in an effort to reform the Supreme Court and take politics out of the judicial branch by speaking to them in simple, clear terms and imagery.
