FurHaven’s new look crafts a modern and cozy brand for pet lovers.

The problem: FurHaven, renowned for their online-exclusive snuggly-soft dog beds sought to broaden their market presence through an omni-channel approach, starting with Walmart. They needed a new brand identity and packaging design for an immersive brick-and-click shopping experience.

The solution: FurHaven’s new, modern branding celebrated the emotional bond of pet ownership and positioned their stylish pet beds as chic home décor accessories.

The thinking: The brand identity was elevated through fender typography, a cleaner color scheme, and a bold and friendly brand mark. Using lifestyle imagery and happy, energetic iconography in shades of green allowed for the communication of key elements while maintaining brand equity. A new tagline and brand story brought the strategic positioning to life, casting FurHaven as a friendly and trustworthy brand.
